How far out do we book?

We book out 1-2 years, it's always better to reach out early to ensure we have your date available. Don't hesitate to reach out if you're planning your wedding less than a year away, we frequently have unexpected openings and would love to capture your day if it works out! 

How many photos do we get?

We don't put any number limit on the amount we deliver. We estimate a delivery of 75 finished photos for every hour of coverage. The delivery depends on the day and the amount of time allotted for photos. We strive to deliver as many as possible, excluding the ones with closed eyes, raw unedited photos etc

Do you require a deposit?

Yes! For weddings we require a 30% deposit and a signed contract to secure your date.
We communicate with many clients about similar dates and we want to make sure we don't hold people up in their planning & are able to accommodate
 as many as possible. 

Do you travel for weddings?
If so, what are the travel fees?

Yes, we love traveling!
For anything 2+ hours from Otis, MA there is a travel fee (often just a gas expense). Depending on how late you want us at the wedding there may be an overnight hotel fee. For destination weddings, there would be a flight/hotel fee.  

Do you pose couples, or is your approach more candid?

We love this question! We strive for both!
Because a wedding day goes by quick, at times, we'll take our couples aside to grab those gorgeous, photos with some direction by us. Sometimes, nerves can make you feel unsure what to do. That’s when we gently guide you—or let you enjoy unposed, candid moments. We’re your third wheel for the day, capturing both the unexpected and beautifully directed moments.

Can we give you a shot list OR requests?

Yes of course!
Don't hesitate to share if there is a certain spot in the venue you saw or a fun pose you wanted. Sometimes couples will send us their pinterest boards. Our recommendation if you do send us your inspo is only put on there exactly the poses you want, if there are too many we might miss the ones you really wanted. Overall, inspo or not we strive to get a variety of shots. We know you picked us because you trust our style and we'll be sure to get a mix of fun and classy photos. 

What happens if the weather is bad?

We embrace it! 
We've photographed dozens of weddings in the rain and snowstorms and as long as you have fun with it, it all works great! We're quick to adjust and are happy to photograph outside with umbrellas, photograph inside or do intervals of photos if its cold. This is your day and it will be great no matter what.

Do you backup the photos?

Most definitely!
We invested in education and equipment to ensure we have a multiple backup system setup. We not only photograph/film on double sd cards in each camera but when we arrive home, your photo/films are backed up on various hard drives. 

How much experience do you have?

We have photographed weddings for 10+ years and we have filmed weddings for 4+ years. 

What is your cancellation policy?

There are many details laid out in the contract if a wedding is rescheduled. If the client cancels their wedding within a year of the date, 70% of the amount paid will be refunded. Should cancellation occur with less than two weeks’ notice, 50% of the payment is non-refundable.
